All Sales Final
Unless otherwise stated in writing, all sales are final. We do not provide refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for coaching services, courses, digital downloads, or merchandise once a purchase has been completed.

Exceptions for Defective Goods
If you receive a defective or damaged physical product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at hello@doitology.com with your order details and a description of the issue. We will make every effort to resolve the concern, which may include a replacement or store credit at our sole discretion.
