Service Description

Approximately 60 minutes. Designed exclusively for partners navigating ADHD together. We focus on awareness, understanding, empathy, and practical systems and tools that reduce friction and strengthen connection. Using Do-It-Ology’s proprietary framework, we identify your ADHD presentation(s), pinpoint the challenges impacting your relationship (e.g., time blindness, task follow-through, emotional intensity, communication misses, money/household systems, intimacy/responsibility loops), and tailor tools and strategies for swift progress. By the end of every session, you’ll leave with actionable strategy(ies) you can use immediately and clear next steps to keep momentum between sessions.
