This personalized initial session is designed to assess your unique needs and set the foundation for effective results. Ages 18+. What You'll Get: * A quick mapping of your top ADHD pain points (focus, follow-through, routines, communication, etc.). * 1–2 tailored strategies you can start today. * A mini-action plan and fit-check for ongoing coaching (1:1, Couples, or Family).
