From Stuck to Started in one initial call. Virtual initial session (approximately 30 minutes). No obligation, initial session with an ADHD Coach. Discuss your specific ADHD challenges. This personalized initial session is designed to assess your unique needs and set the foundation for effective results. Ages 18+. What You'll Get: * A quick mapping of your top ADHD pain points (focus, follow-through, routines, communication, etc.). * 1–2 tailored strategies you can start today. * A mini-action plan and fit-check for ongoing coaching (1:1, Couples, or Family). Fee for initial session is non-refundable whether you attend or are a no-show. If you book a full session, the fee will be applied to your first full session if session date is within 30 calendar days of initial session.
