Family ADHD Coaching Session

Service Description

Approximately 60 minutes. Families facing ADHD often see more conflict and miscommunication. We work with you to quickly spot the pressure points and install simple, effective systems that make daily life easier. Using Do-It-Ology’s proprietary framework, we map how ADHD shows up across your household and target the biggest friction areas—morning/evening routines, homework and school communication, screen time, chores, transitions, emotional regulation, sibling dynamics, and co-parenting alignment. We then tailor tools, scripts, visuals, and step-by-step plans so everyone knows what to do and when. By the end of every session, you’ll leave with actionable strategy(ies) plus guidance for a weekly plan to keep momentum between sessions.
